guys i have a better system to decide the scores this time. it's a bit complicated to explain though so i hope i won't have to explain it-
everyone will still give the score they feel like the character should get but we won't exactly do averages, that way there's no decimals

yeah. maybe if it's a career, always round up, and non career, we use the actual mathematical rules of rounding? (5 or more of decimal = up, 4 or less of decimal = down). it sounds like something the Capitol would do
