Erin Johnson | 6 comments I read it somewhere between 2007-2011. Contemporary setting. I don’t remember much other than a scene where the protagonist goes to her first crime scene and uses Vick’s vaporub to block out the scent, and someone tells her that that’s actually going to make it worse. I think about this scene every time I have a cold and not finding the book is really irking me.
