Read this book in 2018. If I remember correctly, it was a female fairy who 1. Flew dangerously close to a plane and got hit 2. Fell into a forest 3. Was hit by a speeding vehicle on the road on the way to grant a wish to a boy. When she finally got there. She was completely injured and only had one wing. The book has a blue cover and it is a very short title, most likely just one word. That’s really all I remember, sorry if this isn’t enough.
