Need to be added as author

For some reason I am not listed as an author on a book I co-wrote: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
If you look at the cover, you will see that I am there, but the credits on the site are screwy.

Another problem is that Brian Theis is listed as an author, and he did not work on this book at all! The actual artist is Fernando Baldo. Here's a link to the book on the publisher's site: http://www.darkhorse.com/Books/25-979...

Against GR policy to add cover artist in the author field so I added him in the description field.
