If you sent in the claim form, you will have to wait for Support to get back to you, or write to them. We do not have any association with the Author program in this group, besides moving a book to a new profile for someone to claim.

I submitted the form 3 times with no luck, I sent to help they asked me to contact the community. I don't know what to do

Goodreads Librarians are not employees of Goodreads, but volunteers. They have no control over approvals of Goodreads Author status. If you are having a problem with yours, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
