SOLVED. Girl needs money goes away for work and stays on site

Ok so read this book around 2 years ago its about a girl has to go away to work has no ride back each day so stays on site without anyone knowing in like a cabin. i think it is her boss catches her when all other wmployes are off for holidays they fall in love his friends come they go hiking and stay around the fire eat like in a mess hall thing.
