No, unfortunately we can't. The conditions for sharing this photo say we must give credit (see under Licensing in the link you privided). This is not possible on Goodreads.

No, librarians cannot merge claimed profiles. You will have to ask Support: https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
It's one author, his books all talk about linguistics (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koldo_Z...). Could anyone merge them? Koldo is the first name and Zuazo and Zelaieta are the first and second last names (Spanish custom), you may keep both or only one, but he usually only uses Zuazo. Thank you!
