Books out of order

In the Peter Maxwell series https://www.goodreads.com/series/5616... there are two issues:

1.
Books 5 and 6 are listed in the wrong order:
Maxwell's Ride is set in 1999, was published in 2000 and should be #5;
Maxwell's Curse is set in 2000/2001, was published in December 2000 and should be #6

2.
Book 20 Maxwell's Summer is not included into the series yet; this might be due to the fact that the author is spelled differently for this one, with a space between the initials - which also lead to him having two entries:
M.J. Trow and M. J. Trow

Yes, as sure as I can be: The story setting is definitely 1999 for Maxwell's Ride and 2000/2001 for Maxwell's Curse; I checked the hardcover editon data on amazon.co.uk and they say this:

Publisher : Hodder & Stoughton; First Edition (6 Jan. 2000)
