Help me figure out a book title!! Please!

Hi all, I’m desperate. I listened to an audiobook in 2015 and the main female protagonist was from Ogallala Nebraska. It was fiction/mystery I can’t remember anything about it at all other than that fact, but I remember loving it. And now I can’t figure out what it was. Google has been no help. Does this ring any bells for anyone?

I just typed in Ogallala into the search bar for Goodreads and several titles came up. Are any of those your book?

No unfortunately Ogallala is just a small detail, not in the title. I’ve tried all sorts of searches but I think since it’s so minor a point it wouldn’t even have that as a tag.

I think I figured it out! I’m pretty sure it was Pretty Baby by Mary Kubica.
