Childrens fantasy/ dystopian read in 2015

so I read this book around five years ago and I can remember that there was a snowglobe and the main character was trapped in it and she had to sing or something and the queen harvested the power in the orb on her staff and she had millions of people voices and shed like pick a new one every day and to escape from the snowglobe she had to find a key to get out and every day the queen would force her to dance and sing by like turning the snowglobe and the queen had the hey to get her out

I've read this in the last few years, too. I think it's Sky Song by Abi Ephinstone.
