It had a blue cover, with a blue castle. There was a boy in a knights costume on the cover too. He is in a car crash and wakes up in a fantasy land, and for the rest of the book the story switches between him in the fantasy land and his actual adventure in real time trying to get home and survive the cold. In the end of the book, he dies on the doorstep of his grandparents house while everyone is searching for him.
