Sukanya | 35 comments 16. Just finished reading Bretonische Verhältnisse by Jean Luc Bannalec (pen name of the german writer Jörg Bong), the first book with Kommissar Dupin, a Pariser police officer sent off to a village in Brittany. Made me feel like I was in Brittany myself. Specially in Covid times when holidays to far off destinations seem to be a thing of the past, this book took me on a trip to that farthest corner of France. The case itself was probably secondary. 4/5
