Lehner Andreas | 1 comments Hi there,
I am looking for a copyedit and proofreading editor that could help me with my manuscript "Mind your money".

The book exists because I wanted to share my knowledge about sustainable investing with the world. Research has shown that investing sustainably is the most effective action we can take towards a sustainable future and positive society. Money and where it is invested determines which industries thrive and which cease to exist. But that is the problem, it is only clear to a small group of people that this is the way forward and it is something that every person with some savings or a pension should consider.

This book is for everyone looking to change their private finances. "Mind your money" provides ideas, real-world options, and solutions that you can implement in your investment portfolio today. It covers everything from why sustainable investing is so powerful, to what it is, and practical tips to get started right away. With the help of this book, you can mind your money and invest it where your heart is.

Ever since I watched Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” in high school I dedicated my life to positive change, in particular against climate change. This has led to me co-founding an investment platform called Trine, which facilitates investments into solar energy companies in emerging markets. I also made changes to my own life, becoming vegan/flexitarian, flying less, and trying to live as sustainably as possible.

Through my work as co-founder at Trine and my interest in sustainable living, I started to look at how my investments can be aligned with that mission. This led me to read numerous books on related subjects and apply the acquired knowledge in real-life by investing my own money. By having gone through this process myself, I believe I have the ability to break it down to the general public in an easy and understandable manner.

In terms of budget I have no clear idea as this is my first book, but as I am not sure about the reach of the book would want to start at the lower end of the budget if possible.

The current manuscript has ~37,000 words. The aim is to keep the book as short as possible to make it easily digestible.

Let me know if you need anymore information!

Cheers
Andreas
