Action Adventure PACRIM Securities 90s or so (Don't recall)

I've been looking for this series, it is like an International Jack Reacher. He works for PACRIM Securities and is a basic spy/action book but very well written.

I've searched around for PACRIM Securities but no luck. Does that ring any bells?
