ABANDONED. YA Realistic fiction, novel where at the end of the book a toddler dies in a house fire because he was playing with toys (toy cars I think?)

I read this in middle school or high school, I think within the last ten years. The book was very sad and I think the child that dies was the product of an incestuous relationship between an abusive father and his daughter.
