I read this book about 6 years ago and cannot for the life of me remember the name or author. I know her one possession she has she loves is her jeep and in one point of the book she brings the guy home and he defends her while her father calls her fat and her mother let's her father say those things because she is actually the mothers coworkers kid and when the father finds out he beats her and she moves in with her best friend the redhead.
