Shannon | 27 comments The cover is a picture of a door.
I think the door is either blue or red. I think it is wooden and looks old.
It has trees, bushes, or planters with greenery on the sides.
The door could either be in a tropical area or somewhere like Italy.

I remember seeing a ex co-worker read this book a couple of years ago.

Fiction or nonfiction?

message 3: by Shannon (new)

Harsh Raythattha | 7 comments Is it The Door Within by Wayne Thomas Baston?

message 6: by Christy (new)

Christy | 37 comments Probably not, but worth a try: The Tapestry of Love by Rosy Thornton? Old, wooden door is white / red, plant to the side. Set in Provence, not Italy though.

message 7: by Harsh (new)

Harsh Raythattha | 7 comments Another probable match is The Gentleman by Natasha Powell. It has multiple covers. One has an old-looking house(grey and white) with a darkly shaded man surrounded in purple. Another cover has a fiery-orange looking door(old-looking as well) bordered by a bright purple flame

Darcy (drokka) | 211 comments Sweetness in the Belly by Camilla Gibb or another cover for same book with a door Sweetness in the Belly by Camilla Gibb Sweetness in the Belly

message 9: by Shannon (new)

Shannon | 27 comments Thank You, but none of those are the book.
It is just a door. Similar to Bristol House by Beverly Swerling .
It is a door that looks very welcoming. You would want to vacation at this house.

A few long shots:
The Lady in the Palazzo An Umbrian Love Story by Marlena De Blasi The Lady in the Palazzo: An Umbrian Love Story by Marlena De Blasi
Blossoming In Provence by Kristin Espinasse Blossoming In Provence by Kristin Espinasse

Shannon, was the door open or closed? In the very center of the book, or off to the side?
Did the door look rough or more finely crafted?

Heather (autistic-cupcake) | 32 comments Marked (Soul Guardians, #1) by Kim Richardson this? maybe?

message 15: by Shannon (new)

Shannon | 27 comments It's not any of those. But thanks. The door is closed in the picture and is centered in the picture. I don't remember if it was rough or fine crafted. The door almost takes up the whole picture.

message 19: by Shannon (new)

Shannon | 27 comments Thank you far all of your searching, but it's not any of those. Some of them do look good though. I may have to track my ex-coworker down and hope she remembers the book.

message 20: by SparksofEmber (new)

SparksofEmber | 957 comments I'm surprised there aren't any decent listopias for door covers. In fact, I'm going to make one!

message 22: by Shannon (last edited Feb 11, 2015 05:49PM) (new)

Shannon | 27 comments I looked there too! And the door I am looking for is a photo of a real door. Not a painting or drawing.

That's a great idea. Let us know what you find out. :)

Shannon | 27 comments I happen to be wandering around a used book store, and I found my book. Thank you to everyone who helped me, by spending their time searching. It is greatly appreciated.
