I'm in... I'm going to continue the Red Queen series I started earlier in September that I didn't finish...I don't think it technically qualifies for spooky, but paranormal-yes.
I'll read
. It's on my NetGalley TBR so it's a win-win for me!!And for those of you wondering...yes, my book pick changed since yesterday :-)

Melinda, we need to find you a book like Amy Harmon's, The Law of Moses. It took me forever to finally read that one, but I loved it when I finally did. I could probably handle a book like that again, but I have to trust the author.

Thankyou T, but I think I may have read that, I will do some research.
I´m in but have no idea what to pick since it´s really not my kind of book. I added
because it will be a movie and I thought about this challenge but... if you can recommend a better one... I will check your choices
Well, I'm in... i know I've been a bit AWOL the past few months but this was my pick so I definitely gotta do it!! I'll check my stash & come back with what I'm going to read.
ok. goin for this one...It's A Wonderful Midlife Crisis : A Paranormal Women's Fiction Novel: Good To The Last Death Book One
by Robyn Peterman
I'm in! I will be reading
. I freaking love Amelia Hutchins!!! Not sure why I haven't read this series yet.
I'm going to read
. I don't know if it fits as Paranormal, but it sounds creepy, so I'm counting it!!!
Robin wrote: "I'm in. I'll read either Heartsong or Sleeping with the Enemy, whichever one pulls me in first!"Robin, Heartsong is one of my fav m/m stories :)
Melinda wrote: "Can someone please tell me can you read J R ward Black Dagger Lover AwakenedAs a stand alone."
Melinda I think you can...its early enough in the BDB life that I don't think you'd be missing much...this one is for sure a great one! :)

Here's a couple:
Midnight Valentine by JT Geissinger? That's a bit paranormal but pretty heavy on romance instead
Any of the Charley Davidson books by Darynda Jones. Those are definitely paranormal but funny as heck.
To Where You Are by HA Robinson. I absolutely loved that one bunches!!! It's very much a romance and light on the paranormal aspect - not spooky creepy stuff.

Thanks! I loved Wolfsong but wasn't crazy about Ravensong, which is why this one's been on my TBR for so long.
My understanding is it doesn’t have to be PNR. So, my choice isn’t. I’m just going with the often creepy factor of the Sebastian St. Cyr darker historical mysteries.
Why Kill the Innocent by CS Harris
is also paranormal, I'll try reading this one as well, because I really need to finish a challenge ;)
I decided to read
. It fits in the paranormal. I read the 1st book and really liked it and everybody says that this one is even better...
I've changed my mind and will be reading
Just reading the blurb made me creeped out and it's short - win, win!!!

I'm in. September was a nightmare, but maybe I'll be able to stay on track this month. To be updated with book of choice soon.
: 4*A great book about 2 different guys, one homeless and the other who "have it all" but the two of them have reach rock bottom. They switch bodies and the journey to shelf discovery begins.
I liked it, just was expecting another ending in the moment of true.
gets 4 stars from me. It was super creepy and now all my blankets at home are under watch to ensure they don't pull any of this crazy stuff!!
Lisa, I have just started “to where you are” by H. A Robinson and am really enjoying it. So Thankyou so much. I think I’m going to be sooking it a lot. Great choice. ❤️

I finished my October theme book. 5 Stars! So great! New to me author and if any of you like a good psycho thriller/investigative type book, I highly reccomend it! I will definitely be checking out more books by this author! Kept me guessing the whole time!
I finished
and i gave it 4 stars. It was better than the 1st one but i´m really looking forward to read the story about Zsadist.
I finished
3.5☆ this was good but I didn't love it...I also read
which also qualifies and it was phenominal!

Lisa S.'s choice ~ Something Spook-tacular! Go Paranormal!
This will be the discussion thread for all our October Challenge books we read this month. You can read as many as you'd like, but please let me know which one you're picking!
What we do need is for you to sign up, and let us know you intend to participate before the 5th of October and then, (this is the important part), come back and let us how you rated it or what you thought of it before 1159 p.m. of the last day of the month. That's it. Pretty simple, really.
(The last time we did this, we all used our massive TBR piles and made it a rule that this was a TBR challenge...I'm forgoing that rule this time, because-fun! I want this to be fun and not a slog to get through, you know? However, you certainly can stick to that rule, if you want to.)
Each month that you participate and finish on/before the last day of the month, you will get your name added to a list that will be eligible to be randomly selected from at the beginning of 2021 for a $10 Amazon gift card.
*Pay no attention to this spoiler right now, this is just my list of who participated last month in alphabetical order...because my OCD compels me and this makes it slightly easier in the grand scheme of things, LOL!
