I'm in... I'm going to continue the Red Queen series I started earlier in September that I didn't finish...I don't think it technically qualifies for spooky, but paranormal-yes.

And for those of you wondering...yes, my book pick changed since yesterday :-)

Any recommendations, not too crazy. 🤣"
Melinda, we need to find you a book like Amy Harmon's, The Law of Moses. It took me forever to finally read that one, but I loved it when I finally did. I could probably handle a book like that again, but I have to trust the author.

Any recommendations, not too crazy. 🤣"

Thankyou T, but I think I may have read that, I will do some research.

It's A Wonderful Midlife Crisis : A Paranormal Women's Fiction Novel: Good To The Last Death Book One
by Robyn Peterman

Robin, Heartsong is one of my fav m/m stories :)

As a stand alone."
Melinda I think you can...its early enough in the BDB life that I don't think you'd be missing much...this one is for sure a great one! :)

Here's a couple:
Midnight Valentine by JT Geissinger? That's a bit paranormal but pretty heavy on romance instead
Any of the Charley Davidson books by Darynda Jones. Those are definitely paranormal but funny as heck.
To Where You Are by HA Robinson. I absolutely loved that one bunches!!! It's very much a romance and light on the paranormal aspect - not spooky creepy stuff.

Thanks! I loved Wolfsong but wasn't crazy about Ravensong, which is why this one's been on my TBR for so long.

Whoa! That looks good and has my name in it so double win! I may be changing my book too!

They are so good!! LOVE this series!!!!

A great book about 2 different guys, one homeless and the other who "have it all" but the two of them have reach rock bottom. They switch bodies and the journey to shelf discovery begins.
I liked it, just was expecting another ending in the moment of true.

Oh yay - I love it when a recommendation goes right!!

Lisa S.'s choice ~ Something Spook-tacular! Go Paranormal!
This will be the discussion thread for all our October Challenge books we read this month. You can read as many as you'd like, but please let me know which one you're picking!
What we do need is for you to sign up, and let us know you intend to participate before the 5th of October and then, (this is the important part), come back and let us how you rated it or what you thought of it before 1159 p.m. of the last day of the month. That's it. Pretty simple, really.
(The last time we did this, we all used our massive TBR piles and made it a rule that this was a TBR challenge...I'm forgoing that rule this time, because-fun! I want this to be fun and not a slog to get through, you know? However, you certainly can stick to that rule, if you want to.)
Each month that you participate and finish on/before the last day of the month, you will get your name added to a list that will be eligible to be randomly selected from at the beginning of 2021 for a $10 Amazon gift card.
*Pay no attention to this spoiler right now, this is just my list of who participated last month in alphabetical order...because my OCD compels me and this makes it slightly easier in the grand scheme of things, LOL!
