Is it possible to decide the 'default title' after combining multiple editions?

Combining is done correctly. The book shows 'The Poision of Love' as the title. But, since the book is originally in Malayalam, I would like to show that as default title / in her profile. (Which is https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...) Is that possible? If yes, how?

The default edition is decided by the number of ratings/shelvings.

Only a Goodreads Author can set a different default edition for their own books.
