BOTM DISCUSSION LEADERS: Discussion Leader Rules *Please read first*

SO WHAT IS "DISCUSSION LEADER" ?
Discussion Leader is a member who wants to help add more activity to the BOTM discussions. They will post regularly and follow up on people's comments (see more responsibilities of Discussion Leader below).

RULES FOR DISCUSSION LEADER
These are the rules discussion leaders have to abide by and the responsibilities they must fulfill:
-You have to have read or plan on reading that month's BOTM (early in the month so you can add things to the conversation)
-You may be discussion leader for only one book (this applies to when we have multiple books for BOTM)
-You must be fairly active in the group prior to your sign up for Discussion Leader
-You don't need to post everyday (If you want you can, no one is holding you back) but every so often check the discussion and keep it active
-First come first serve-whoever signs up first gets the job (unless you have not been that active in the group)
-You can not run for two months in a row (unless no one else is interested)
