i'm hoping to start reading this weekend. I read one of Tony's short stories in
and it was so good! i bought 2 or 3 of his books after reading that story. So it's about darn time i read this!
Plus I can add another witch book!! 😉
And it’s on kindle unlimited. I’ll start this weekend. I just hope they fix the edits so I can add it to my list!!!

Just read the prologue, great start.
Just done first 3 chapters. I'm on page 50. That was intense....
They were still in the cabin when I stopped. Around 20%.
I have to work late tomorrow so I probably won’t get to read more til Tuesday 😩
I'm up to chapter 5 and wondering if the whole book is going to be set in this cabin?I like that it just jumped straight into the action. Normally you get a hectic prologue like that then you have to wade through people and places for a bit before it amps up again. But this just dives in feet first.
Chp 9 this book doesn't let up, even when it slows down a bit its got you going. This is a good book.

Unless something changes at work, I probably won’t be doing much reading this week. I’m doing more overtime this week than I have in a long tine. Not by choice either. I’m so over this shit.
More overtime more dough in your pocket, more books to be bought, to be put on tbr list, more time to find to try and read.

I worked third shift and from October to February, we worked 6 days a week, 10 or more hours a day 😫. The money was good but all that work and not much of anything else sucked and we were tired all the time!

We always have Toyota’s but never had a Tundra!
Anyway, I love those damn shoes so much. I used to wear cool shoes like that and wish I could buy those too. BUT, my life with plantar fasciitis cuts out cool shoes and boots for me. Sigh 🙄😕

4 stars sounds pretty good! I'm just over halfway - I've been neglecting it because I'm trying to finish The Kingdom of Copper by the end of the month but I think I might just try to power through it today.It's miserable outside today so perfect reading weather!

The similes are all very colourful. I'm at the 85% mark now and damn it sure got hectic!
