Hi, about 50 years ago I read a book or story about a horse that carried its rider over a damaged railroad trestle bridge in an emergency to stop a train from going over the bridge and plunging into a river. I think the bridge was shaking because of raging flood waters. The story was about the complete trust between the horse and his rider. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
