So, I read this I believe when I was in 4th-6th grade so like around 2005-2007. Even at that time, I believe it was older. I think I got it off my teacher's classroom shelf. I vaguely remember it possibly having a black cover. It was about two girls and they are sisters. One had an older name I believe and had diabetes. They would hang out in a treehouse I think in their yard. I think the big conflict in the book was that they had to move and they were being raised by a single father. One of the sisters also had diabetes and the other gave her M&Ms to help and I think they were specifically red ones she liked best.

I apologize if this is all very vague and slightly specific, but I may have screwed up on many of the details.
