I fixated on Reilly Warren as soon as he was introduced into the story. He had access to all of the women and their files. I was sure he was the killer right up till the end.
I also had my suspicions about Reilly Warren, but decided against him when the killer spoke about Succinylcholine on Gianna. Warren wasn't a doctor or even a nurse's aid, so this is not a term he would use.
Yeah, Reilly stayed on my radar, too. However, I never thought it was the physical therapist, Lyle Jones. He was too obvious but someone addicted to steroids wouldn’t be that organized. And I never thought it was Noah Spivek. He was a rapist and neither woman was assaulted that way.
Surprisingly, I had my eye on Josh Randolph from the start. But, I had Reilly ahead of him.

It was between Reilly and Radolph for me. I also dismissed Spivak and Jones for those exact reasons.
