S.E. Harmon is sort of a unicum of an author to me. I shouldn't like what she writes, yet I love it every single time. I'm not a fan of series following the same couple for more than one book. I'm way too impatient for that HEA. Yet I'm here, loving everything about this series. The same goes for her Rules of Possession series, I'm rarely a fan of gay for you and yet I devoured that series. Obviously she's doing something right, but a unicum nonetheless.
I couldn't stop reading this book. The mystery was so intriguing. Rains struggles to handle his "gift" was interesting and the way his relationship with Danny was slowly developing was perfect. I loved the moments with Mason the ghost. At times it was hilarious, which was really needed to not make the story too heavy. Sure there was a moment when I asked myself how many sex scenes were going to be interrupted by a ghost, but that's about my only complaint.

Review:
Rory was a sweet guy. Someone you would want as a friend. David was in a bad way and homeless so to speak. So he rented a room from Rory. Poor Rory didn't even know he was in a relationship until boom he was. I love the author and I loved the book. The narrator was crap.

I fell asleep early last night, so only halfway through my book but shall catch up and done tonight. Although do volunteer thing thursday afternoons, so depending if rains or not i may have more or less time.. We shall see ๐

Lol we have had lot of hot weather this year, shocking really. Today has been hot then pissing it down, then sunny so who knows... Its always a mess thats for sure ๐

Review : it was a fun one, totally unusual lol it took me a bit of time to understand at first because well, not the more common of shapeshifter, but it was good.

I have tried for the past few hours I cant post a book link sorry So I am read How To Vex a Vampire and Ghostv. I have then both in audio. I will be done with first early tomorrow and start Ghostv tomorrow. As soon as Goodreads allow me to post the book links I will. Sorry Laura didn't want you to think I was not reading
I can use Ghostv for both Bingo and this one. I saw there is a new book in the series How to Vex a Vampire so going to try fit that series in to get to that book.

Didn't like it as much reading it this time. The humor was there but know that the person I liked is the killer and mastermind put a damper on the whole thing.

Vic is really shinning in this book. He is off the charts. They go to California to save Lisa. We also get to know Con better and oh how I love him and Vic being snarky!! This is my favorite book of the series and maybe one of my top five books
Still have one more to read already started it. So give me a few hours and I will be done. Done with Bingo book as well!
