I finished and well the ending was happy and the book shadowed what was going to happen so I was not surprised at all. I loved how Max was taken care of. Also Jeb overcame his fear of having a life and he put up a fight for himself and his family. I loved it. I cried so much reading it. If you like books that grab you by your guts and twist them until you cry for mercy this is a book for you!

I need an advice.
Option 1: I do finish my SH book first before I read another SH book for this task (so it won't be read before tomorrow or Wednesday)
Option 2: I read a short one for this task tonight (between 150 and 200 pages) before I go back to my SH book.
It depends on how fast you want to progress

I would really like a new task soon but I feel selfish saying that lol.
I would also so I guess I am selfish as well Gustaf. I am hoping the new task will fit my next scavenger hunt book
If you want to pass Emilienne say so. I am sure I can fit a short book in. I have a lot around 200 pages

My book is... Well, full of angst and forced drama. So I have been writing the whole outline of my script for the play instead. Should be done soon though

Well I don't know... it just happens lol.
Anyway this time it's because I started in the middle of the night, read on my way to school and on my way home and then two hours before I started working on my script.

I don't dislike this book, but I don't love it either.
For some reason I had a hard time connecting with this book. Both the story and the Mc's. I can't put my finger on what it is though, there's just something.
It might just be as easy as it wasn't the right moment for it.
I did find Mar adorable though. I just wanted to wrap him in plastic and keep him safe.
My main problem was the forced drama. Instead of talking things out Pete ran and oh did he run.
Not a his nor a miss and I don't really know what else to say.

Well, it's a nice, nice story. I know, NR Walker stories are good but sometimes, I do not like them as much as I expect, and I could be a bit disappointed with this author.
So, I like how they fit together, a lot of references I absolutely adore (singers, piano players, the fact that they LOVE jazz, etc.). Gonna read the next one (well, not now, but soon!).
We have completed but not sure how to do a completion task post. Sorry
I only have one Scavenger hunt book to read and that is it. My bingo book is done for this week.

I know. I have two books read I need to post. It is hard to get to that last book. I am hoping it fits into our next task. Maybe that willpush me to start reading it. 😢

Ive got 3 sh books to go and all of them are the ones id been uncertain about, 2 are sequels with mixed reviews and one was rec as need crime scene tape.
