Good night! I think the time differences will work out well as someone will always be around to post completions/new calls (actually I think the new calls after round 1 come directly here)
Laura wrote: "Just popping in to say good luck!Hope you all have fun with the tasks and challenge π"
You too Laura!
0. As a team select your favorite month of 2019 (because 2020 basically SUCKS!) and each player reads a book initially published in that month. No pass for this task. For this task we are using the initial publication date. If one is listed at the top of the editions page, use that. Otherwise I will be looking for the first published date of an English language edition. Remember to use the first English language Kindle edition for your page count and ensure that your completion posts contain all the required information listed in message #3 of your team thread
So, this is one we did NOT plan for lol. I really don't want to make the choice completely on my own, Trio if you're around maybe we can decide together? I really have no preference (and I don't think anyone will, but if anyone has a preference please let me know
So I went through all the 2019 monthly MM release lists, and May has the most so for now I'm going to read one from there. Since there is at least a day between, if you all want to do a different month, I can read one tomorrow too :)Here's the list, let me know if you want to go with another month though! May 2019 MM Releases
Trio wrote: "May is fine for me Amanda, thanks for doing that for us :)"Oh good, that makes me feel better! I'm not good at making executive decisions, and had to have my husband tell me it was a good idea lol

Review: This isn't my favorite of this series, but I still really enjoy Sam and Nico's story. Sam is a little rough around the edges, but it's understandable for all he's been through, and I think Nico is a good fit to soften out his edges.
dang you read fast lol, I'm still mulling over my choice, I own a bunch of them so it shouldn't be so hardI think I'm going with one of the Criminal Delights books

I did look through everyone's challenges like a creeper π and saw that you have a Sept.2019 book for bingo and Janine has an August 2019 for SH, if you'd rather switch to one of those! I could get one more book in tonight
I own Nora Phoenix's Firm Hand (in fact the narrator sent it to me before he passed, and I've never reviewed it so I'm feeling like I should) but I'm also torn about listening to Charlie David read the 2nd Omega Celibacy novel to me - I've been fangirling over him for about 6 months pretty hard so I'm seriously tempted right now lol.Too many choices! haha - May is perfect
Trio wrote: "Charlie David won"I was going to say go with Charlie David, I love his voice!
I also prefered the Omega Celibacy series over the Firm Hands series, but that's a personal preference.
There is a shorter book that i need to read published in may but i dont think im going to enjoy it much and i would like my first book of the challenge to be a good one ..and you cant go wrong with NR W ..ππ

Review: Yes it's corny but it's also super sweet... And with audio performed by Charlie David, it's ridiculously hot.
Finished my Bingo book today and started with Gideon. My daughter had her final examination this afternoon (which was kinda weird, an oral examination done from at home....) and now we're going out to celebrate with her at a Mexican restaurant. :)
TASK 1 COMPLETION POST The Hate You Drink by N.R. Walker
295 pgs kindle edition
finished 14th september

Bit disappointed with the overlapping of story while chaging POVs, these two spent most of the time apart so you didnt feel any chemistry between them , infact you didnt get to know them at all βΉ
Finished my book..think i should have stuck with that other one that i was thinking of reading instead ...nevwr mind, i needed to read for MM CA anyway
Caipi...there is only you to finish so can you post a message on Q & A tracking when you done a completion post and post a link to message 11 ..or just say message 11 where our tracking is ..
Janeylou wrote: "Finished my book..think i should have stuck with that other one that i was thinking of reading instead ...nevwr mind, i needed to read for MM CA anyway"I think we also picked May 2019 for a different category, so you will have the chance for the other one!
@janeylou πSaw you peeking in our group π€£. So, thought I'd drop in and say hi.
I read an m/m romance this week. Figured you would be proud! π

I had a great time meeting the guys again. :) Still love grumpy Gideon and kind Eli!
Joel Leslie's narration was awesome. It made the snark and banter even more fun! :)

Great job team! I think it means we could get another call as soon as today π³. Hopefully itβs while weβre all awake
