ABANDONED. Romance/ Thriller - Riding the rails to a ranch

my wife is looking for a book she read in 2012. A woman Hops a boxcar to escape an abusive relationship and meets a rancher who gives her a place to stay at the ranch. He turns out to be the owner of the ranch and they fall in love. I did a few Google searches and came up with Saved by the Rancher. My wife thought that was it based on the description but after starting to read it she realized that wasn't it. Has anyone read this?
