SOLVED. YA Fiction Romance That Has A Setting In a Rehabilitation Center [s]

Plot: Book starts off with a boy meeting a girl at some sort of car wash/gas station thingy. The boy ends up crushing on her and gets her number. (Later on we learn that the girl is a runaway.) The 2 chat a lot over the course of time and the boy end up getting sent to a technology rehab center (that I think is in the middle of the desert) because he couldn't put down his phone. Boy gets sent to rehab and sees the same girl from earlier there. At the rehab center the girl convinces the boy to escape from the rehab facility. They escape the center and the pair go to a casino. girl pretends to be older than she is and drinks a lotta alcohol. That's all I remember about the plot. BTW the girl is sorta toxic after the whole escaping thing.
