i enjoyed most part of it. However, the last quarter was boring for me as it turned into a predictable tale. Adam could've explored Cole's relationship a bit earlier instead of providing a glimpse at the end.

Yeah I believe that is true as well you could tell that they had a thing for each other though I think during the book
