The title is something similar to Brother Sun Sister Moon but googling variations on that with “romance book” and Eskimo or Inuit isn’t turning up anything. Blue cover, read it at my aunt’s as a teen circa 1994. The major plot detail that sticks out is the woman is engaged to marry the brother of the man she loves, and she sleeps with both of them and gets pregnant with twins where they’re each the father of one.

I believe this is My Sister the Moon. The first book in the series is Mother Earth Father Sky and the third book is Brother Wind
