The book is Earthbound by Aprilynne Pike
I think the main character was in therapy and wasn't very close with her mother/parental figure. One day she was sitting in the car and she saw a young girl on the porch who looked like she was from the past. Then an older boy around her age came out. He also looked like he was from the past, but she figured they were doing some sort of reenactment.
Later there was a scene in the library and her chap stick kept disappearing and showing up later. The boy from earlier shows up again and they have to escape because someone is after them. There is a part where they have to sleep in the car but the girl gets mad at the boy and wanders off into the woods where there is snow. They later come across an old shed or bunker somewhere in the woods and the girl finds something like her diary from her past life. The people who were after them from before show up again and a big show down with explosions.
That's pretty much all I can remember. I appreciate anyone who helps me find this book! Thank you in advance
