It has an ISBN and the pub date was 2016. Goodreads does not remove books that are no longer available.

that ISBN is however bad, according to this site https://www.isbn.org/ISBN_converter, it looks like a truncated isbn 13, I'll try to find the right one.
Ledena ruža by Valentina Filipović https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... doesn't seem to exist outside of goodreads, the person asking for it to be removed is evidently the author, the isbn is not valid and I cannot find a valid one. Was it just published online? it seems that a few people did read it, nevertheless.

I can't imagine they were made up, though.

You are right but still it's strange that there I cannot localize the whole isbn anywhere.

this is only a duplicate of

with a bogus ISBN -- most of the numbers were matching so a few digits were removed.
I came across an issue here...This book was added with the ISBN 3426226758:

and this book was added with the ISBN-13 9783426226759:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
Both books are the same issue/edition. Could a super librarian somehow merge them to one book, so no reviews are lost. Or to delete the ISBN one, because it has fewer reviews and ratings.
And than add the ISBN 3426226758 to the ISBN-13 entry?
