NA: Girl makes a documentary about ghosts in abandoned lighthouse

This one just popped into my head but I can not remember too many details.

I feel this was NA. Although it could be smut.
A good looking girl, who used to write a blog about ghosts or something related... gets a job for kind of an online magazine.
To make her first documentary, she has to travel with a hot camera man guy to one of her family's faraway farms.

Hot camera man was kind of distant but they obviously fall for each other.

There was a lighthouse where most of the documentary scenes are taken.
