Help! Don’t remember the title, H/h already married with a baby

I remember Heroine was working for Hero, they had a baby, but while she was pregnant he didn’t touched her, and his new personal assistant lied that she was his mistress.
The first chapter was the Hero finding her somewhere cold, and bringing her back(with the baby) to their home... I think he was Russian, Nic something, I don’t remember.
There was also a scene, with them as a family in the swimming pool...

I can't remember, but still thinking of it. I think it is set in Vegas. She is Russian, of royalty or old royalty. The start of the book he comes to find her and she is hiding in a run down Mansion of her families, it is winter and cold. He takes his son and she has to follow. She is there with her younger sister. The assistant is of course lying she is after the H big time, he typically is unaware of her lies. She goes to another Russian who is in love with her to ask for help, he owns a club. The H goes to the club to get her back etc. I think the H has something to do with gambling? I think the H gets a clue and fires the assistant. Is this the book you are looking for? I will try to remember the name.
