Hi, the book I'm looking for is one that I read around 2010. I don't remember if the main character is the kid who attempts suicide or his older brother, but the book is mainly about this kid's relationships and his developing friendship with another boy. I remember that he is a runner and there might be a house party that his parents host. One of the characters' names is Nathan. At the end I believe the main character falls in love with his friend. I remember a scene where he goes into a McDonalds and sees his older brother's friends and thinks they are going to bully him
