Jim Kwik Let's get our initial reading speed so that we can track our progress and find out what really works. To do this take a light fiction book and read for 2 minutes. You then count the number of lines you read and divide it by two. How many words per line is your book (usually this is around 10) and you multiply the number of lines per minute by the number of words per line. By doint that you'll have your numer of wpm. My initial reading speed is around 189 wpm.

11 days of training in my speed reading class, using my left finger as a visual pacer, no back skipping. I did a test and do have a reading speed of 400 wpm. Next challenge start training juggling to increase my peripheral vision.
