Is any info shown about me when I add a new book?

Hello, I want to start adding books on my own but I just wanted to know if any info will point to my profile. I know I'm posting here now but I don't want random people to go to my page and see what I'm reading. How does it work?

You'll show up in the edit log for the book, yes.

Librarians can see in the edit log who added a book, but any other user cannot see.

I think the only way to prevent that is to make your user profile private.

Not true, I'm afraid. Any Goodreads member who is logged in can see the book edit changelogs - but they do need to have figured out the direct url to access the page.

@Esteban, I recommend you to contact GRs support with this type of functionality question, as we Librarians are all voluntueers, we're not staff.
