Librarians can see in the edit log who added a book, but any other user cannot see.

I think the only way to prevent that is to make your user profile private.

Not true, I'm afraid. Any Goodreads member who is logged in can see the book edit changelogs - but they do need to have figured out the direct url to access the page.

@Esteban, I recommend you to contact GRs support with this type of functionality question, as we Librarians are all voluntueers, we're not staff.
