Glen W. Covert | 4 comments Greetings Christian Books group,

I just joined Goodreads and your group. I also just recently published "Finding Your Safety Net: Do Having Faith, Being Baptized, and Taking Communion Have Value?", which I've already added to your bookshelf.

Yes, there is a question mark at the end of the subtitle.

For believers in Jesus, in "Finding Your Safety Net", I give compelling reasons for why you can survive depression and spiritual attacks. For everyone--believers, agnostics, and atheists--I describe what convinced me to have faith. I'm a former agnostic, atheist, and semi-Buddhist. I became a Christian nearly six years ago and was baptized for the first time three years ago, when 39.

"Finding Your Safety Net" is an encouraging and inspiring, spiritual how-to guide that leads to a tool which can help you overcome personal, occupational, and existential crises. To be a how-to guide, I share a lot of things including

* how I know that souls and spirits exist and
* a truth I discovered about the genealogies of John the Baptist and Paul the Apostle.

Occupationally, I'm a professional genealogist. For more about me and my book, please see my profile and my book's profile.

I look forward to the healthy and constructive discussions here.

With Regards,

Glen

Hello Glen,

I have done an in-depth study on the topic of baptisms and have written a book on the subject.

There are 8-10 baptisms mentioned in the New Testament and it is critical to understand what each NT baptism is...and what it is not.

Feel free to ask what you would like, and I will answer to the best of my ability.

Here is my book if you like to review it:

Baptisms: One? Many? Or Both?

Glen W. Covert | 4 comments Hey Robert,

Thanks for your message. Yes, haha :-) , since I clearly mention in my book that I am sure that I don't know everything about baptism, I am sure that I have questions for you. Before I ask them, yes, I look forward to reading your book, and then writing a review. I'll order it through christ-like.net.

Perhaps you'd also like to read and review my book? It can be pre-ordered through my publisher, LifeRich Publishing (https://www.liferichpublishing.com/Bo...), with delivery in the next few weeks or so. Yes, my book is so new, I haven't even received my author copies yet.

Alternatively, since Amazon has printed my book using its own printer (friends and family have received their orders already), you can order through Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Finding-Your-S...

With Regards,

Glen

Glen W. Covert | 4 comments 3rd bestseller for 10 of the last 12 days on LifeRich Publishing's bestseller list. When not 3rd, Finding Your Safety Net: Do Having Faith, Being Baptized, and Taking Communion Have Value? has been 4th, like it is today, of the about 2,800 titles and book versions in LifeRich Publishing's bookstore.
