the book has been canceled by the publisher. Effective Saturday, Egmont USA will no longer exist. From experience, Amazon will leave it in their system forever. (My canceled book has a release date of Jan. 1, 2035.) What should I tell Jessica?

#218 - No guarantee somebody will not re-add them, thinking they are still going to be published, especially since your website still lists them.

The one to keep is the one with more data (including ASIN), the only data on the one to delete are "Kindle edition", and description.

Thank you Philip! They are being removed from the website as well. Could you delete the Series also? It still shows up on my Author page in, "Series by Anne Jolin"

#223 - I did, when I did the books, but series info is heavily cached and could take up to 48hrs to be cleaned up. If you click on the series name, you will see it pops back as invalid.

@Zelie That's what I was thinking. If you delete the other two the other editions will automatically merge with the correct edition won't it?

#230 - This should not be merged because the data keeps getting modified, they are different ISBNs
#232 - This has already been done by somebody.
#233 - This was already done by somebody else.It needs another merger of the paperback, since one has a truncated ISBN13 in the ISBN10 field, but it will have to be done after the giveaway, since it may screw up the giveaway, being the truncated ISBN is on teh giveaway.
#234 - The covers are different, so they have just been recombined.
#242 - BTW, Since you are a librarian it would be helpful for you to separate the editions out that you want merged.

Done. As Philip says, please seperate out the specific editions that need merging (so only they're combined with each other), as it makes it easier for us! :)

#254 - They did not need merged. They had different ISBN numbers, and one was Portuguese where the other was english.
