losing memory, complicated relationship

i don't know if this book even exits but do you know a book about someone young loses his memory so he thinks he is in a relationship with someone he is actually not , so the girl has to pretend she is in a realtionship with him for health reasons but she eventually fall for him even tho she does not want to admit it then the relation ship gets complicated but sadly romantic ?
