Rating is not showing up

As book stats show, I should have 13 ratings, but I only see 12, and I have waited 6 days. Also, I can't see the full list of 81 accounts that have added my book, just about 20 something. Is this normal? Thank you!

I have refreshed your stats, but I was already seeing 10 reviews with ratings & 3 ratings only.

If you are still seeing something different I would suggest logging out of your GR account, clearing your own cache & trying again later.

For your second question - that is an issue of site functionality. Librarians are volunteers & can't help with that.
