PERSONALITY: Evil. Regan has no emotion and feels nothing. She avoids people as often as she can and isn’t outgoing in the slightest. Make her mad and she won’t hesitate to send a fist flying your way. She is sarcastic and sassy. Totally rude and insensitive. Regan will not follow orders and does things her own way.
Commands? What commands? All I heard were suggestions.
SKILLS: Regan is a fight-fightin’ gal. She has and always will despise weapons, knowing that natural talent will always prevail. She is silent and deadly. She is stronger than she looks and is great at dodging, easily avoiding some of the deadliest blows.

FAMILY/HISTORY: Regan grew up alone. She was abandoned by her parents when she was three and never knew why. Despite what they did, she isn’t angry anymore. Regan misses her parents more than she cares to let on. On the outside, she acts like a confident, sarcastic person to hide the hurt inside. As if that wasn’t enough, her best friend died in a fire and she was powerless to save her. Regan lives with the hidden pain tearing away at her. She never lets her emotions show how much she is dying inside. Regan wear the mask of a brave villain to hide the broken girl she really is.

“Can I give you a piece of advice? Get outta my way.”
Looks:
Wavy, thick hair. Black with silvery highlights that are weirdly natural. She usually has her hair in a high bun or ponytail, sometimes down but with a hair clip. Her hair clip is silver and blue gem studded, with diamonds. It’s one of the only valuable things she owns.
Her skin is a light olive color, although it gets tan very easily in the summer, turning to more of a light cocoa. Her eyes are a deep, emerald green.
She always wears a silver or black leather jacket, some kind of crop top or T-shirt, black lace-up boots, and her hair clip. She also always has her waist pack with a tranquilizer gun, throwing knives, and a few other nasty surprises.
She always looks as though she’s calculating you, figuring out the best way to eliminate you. A nice, clean death or knock out, or a slow, painful one.
Her eyes. They're the most riveting part. Dark emerald, probing, and...beautiful. They glitter when she's mad or excited.

Personality:
Evangeline is…a lot of things. She’s very cold and distant, and extremely anti-social except when she’s humiliating people or being her usual arrogant self.
She doesn't need anyone or anything. She can fend for herself, alone, and she will kill you. She'll kill anyone she wants, without a second's hesitation.
Not insane, and not necessarily sadistic, but she doesn't care about hurting people. She won't let anyone, anyone get in the way of her goals, her revenge. She has a terrible temper and gets mad VERY easily. You don’t want to cross her in a bad mood. Scratch that, you don’t want to cross her at all.
She used to be friendlier, although she was never nice. She’s murderous and full of vengeance and extremely determined. She doesn’t let anything put her down, and she’s highly opinionated and stubborn.
Sometimes, she can give you a false sense of sweetness. That’s completely fake but a lot of people fall for it. She’s also pretty selfish and snappy. Besides these traits, she’s very intelligent and clever. She’s sly, cunning, and ruthless. She always has a retort and would never, ever show her weakness or self-pity. She’s well-guarded and so is her past. No one can uncover anything about her, even her name. She never tells people her real name at first, so she always tells them her name is Calista Lloyd. She's got a long, long list of fake names that she can use.
“One, I can stick this knife in your back. Or two, this dart will be lodged in your leg. Either way works for me.”
Skills:
She has been training her whole life. And I mean, her whole life. Evangeline can literally use any weapon you put out there for her, but she always has a pack of throwing knives and a fully loaded tranquilizer gun, like most people. She has several daggers and other surprises hidden all over her, including in her boot, her jacket pockets, and her pant leg.
She’s a very fast runner and climber, and she’s not afraid of anything, or at least she doesn’t show it. She’s also a pretty good swimmer. She can knock out ten guards in the blink of an eye, before anyone notices she’s even there. Her slightly smaller and more lean build helps, but she’s also a great athlete.
She’s crafty and can make weapons out of anything. She also loves hand to hand combat and taking people down without weapons, if she can't have them on hand. She’s known for her creative ways of disposing of people. She’s not entirely savage or bloodthirsty though. Her main drive is revenge.
She's a gymnast. She can flip, spring, and twist in midair anyway she pleases. It's a very helpful skill because she can throw knives while she's flipping, catching someone off guard.

Weaknesses:
She doesn’t show her emotions often, and she’s very guarded. She’s introverted and doesn’t make friends easily, which isn’t always a good thing. Sometimes, it’s nice to have people on your side. She's also not a quick swimmer or climber.

Family/History:
*SIGH* Well, this will be long but important, so be prepared.
When Evangeline was little, 4 years old to be exact, she had been training on running, climbing, swimming, and stealth. She managed to steal a knife from a store and started practicing secretly with it at home. She wasn’t always a cold, ice queen.
After a little while, her mom, (her dad had mysteriously passed away), starting paying less and less attention to her and her older sister, Adira.
Eventually, her mom forgot about them completely. It was like they were ghosts at home, that they didn’t even exist. Her mom was unstable and a total mess after her father’s unexplained death.
Evangeline and Adira ran away after a few more months of being invisible. They survived on their own for a while, and she practiced her skills and weaponry while they were alone. Adira, who was the biggest parental figure in Evangeline’s life, even taught her some things.
One day, Adira had gone out to steal some money and food for them, and never returned. They had always kept moving, but Evangeline didn’t want to move on yet. She waited for a whole week, but Adira never returned.
Evangeline left the place, hiding out on her own for almost a year. She was about 8 almost 9 at this point, but she still believed that somewhere, Adira was alive. She just so happened to stumble upon an FBI Headquarters. Being her young, naïve self, she thought the place looked fancy and she could find something to steal there.
When she got inside, no one had detected her. She went into the file room, and found two records. Elon Hansen and Adira Hansen, the files read. Her father and sister, both of whom were missing or dead. Curious, she looked through the files.
Apparently, her father and sister worked for the FBI, unknown to her mother and herself. They were planning to enroll Evangeline when she was old enough, given her prodigious skills. But her father had secretly double crossed the FBI, working against them. The FBI had found out and killed him on the spot, leaving no trace.
Adira hadn’t known that her father had double crossed them, of course, but she too had her secrets. She left her post at the FBI, abandoned them so she could run away with her sister. The FBI had located her and tracked her down while she was alone, although in the file it hadn’t said what had happened to her, if she was alive or dead.
By this point, Evangeline was utterly wrecked. Her father was dead. And her sister, her best friend, had vanished. She turned angry, and revenge oriented. She hated the FBI, and wanted to work against them, wipe out each and every last one of them. She survived on her own for another three years, until she was eleven years old. She grew more and more cold, thirsty for justice. In the shadows, she was able to take out so many of them it was hard to count. The FBI had no idea who was doing it, and how they got away with it. She didn’t know why her father had double crossed the FBI, but she thought it had good reason.
When the FBI finally found her, she was taken to be tortured for information on her family, and how she had managed to eliminate so many of their own. She still has scars on her back, although it could’ve been much worse. She wouldn’t give in, and was able to escape by killing and knocking out the guards and officers.
Eventually, she got taken in by The Academy of Espionage. Of course, no one knows that it even exists, they think she was shipped off to a reform school.
