Personality: Carmen is a sensitive 13 year old, she has a soft spot for other orphans like herself. She is quite skilled, but has a hard time hurting others. History: Carmen is a young Mexican girl, she was born and raised in Bernal Mexico. Her mother died giving birth and her father left her unable to take responsibility over a child, having no idea how. Carmen was quickly taken to Bernal orphanage, were she lived until she was seven. On the day of her seventh birthday, Carmen was adopted by an older gentleman. His first gift to her on that day, was a red hat and trench-coat. Carmen treasured this gift with all her heart, and throughout the rest of that day the man brought Carmen around town, as she followed and picked out clue from a small piece of paper the man had given her, it was a treasure hunt. At 10:29 p.m Carmen reached the final clue at center square. The man congratulated her and gave her a large box, she opened the gift and inside was; a grappling-hook, a taser, a laser pen, and a small drone. The man saw great skill in Carmen so he trained her, he pushed her to be her best at everything she possibly could. Carmen grew smarter and better at all she could do, but she had things she would never be able to master. Holding a gun was painful for her, she had seen what it did on TV when she was very little and knives... well she just couldn't aim well enough with them. But Carmen's lack of weapons was made up by her knowledge, Carmen knew the names of every place on earth and a good deal of facts on each of those places. A month after her 13th birthday the Academy sent for her knowing of her skill, and so Carmen left Bernal for the first time in her life to go to a place where she could help the world. She hoped.

Appearance:
Midnight hair, jet black. It blends in with the night sky, beautiful but somewhat menacing. In the sunlight, her slightly curly hair shimmers with blue and green streaks (turquoise), but it's only a trick of the light.
Dark-ish skin, a light cocoa color. It kind of reminds you of a light milk chocolate, creamy and luscious.
Her eyes are tiger gold, extremely piercing. They hold a kind of wildness to it...almost...unhinged. That's the right word.
She's smaller than average, very small actually. But that helps with agility and gymnastics, which are her specialties.
"Roses. White roses. Pretty, aren't they? So overlooked, but they hold beauty of their own true kind. Wow, that was kinda poetic."
Personality:
Alessandra, as I previously said, is unhinged. Thoroughly unhinged and
She can be sweet and carefree at times, but she's very unstable and doesn't really have a grip on herself. No real control. Half of the time, she doesn't even know what she's doing herself.
But she really has fun. She enjoys the fighting, the action, and the blood. Oh, the blood. Real treat. She's obsessed with blood, especially other people's.
She's very impatient and impulsive, and gets bored extremely quickly. She has a very bad temper though, and gets her feelings hurt easily. She hates when people think she's a lunatic, even though she can't deny it. Because she is.
Insane, crazy, unstable, unhinged - utterly wrecked. I mean, there's really nothing else to say. Yet she still skips in to wherever, ignoring everything her gut tells her to do, ignoring the warning bells flashing in her head. Yeah...not a person you'd like to cross.
She usually can't go anywhere without starting a fight - there's something infuriating and oddly devastating about her whole presence, and she really makes people want to fight
She's also very indecisive and changes a lot, so her personality will probably change too as her character develops.
"I'm so boreddddd, let me fight someone. I wanna see their blood spill out."
Skills:
P O I S O N. I repeat, poison. She's the queen of poison. Literally. She could swim in it. She's a master at brewing poison from an assortment of different plants, finding it fun to dip her weapons or fingernails into it. It always makes for a more deadly and painful death. Her weapons are darts, obviously, knives (because I love them), and her fists. She loves fist fighting, or 'nail' fighting. Because her fingernails are usually rimmed with poison.
She's also a gymnast - has been for years. Flexible, stealthy, and agile, she's slightly underestimated. But people keep their distance because of her personality, her unstableness, as well. Her insanity.
Weaknesses:
She's not a swimmer, let me just tell you that. She can swim, but definitely not well. Also, when she loses control, it's not a good time. Believe me. She's also kind of a wrecked person in general, which makes her sort of relatable given her bad past. And she's not invincible, nor perfect. I really don't want OP characters, and she's not, I promise.

History:

Alessandra grew up rich. Very, very rich. She had wealthy parents that worked for the FBI. She was born in Brazil, and moved to Canada when she was 6 years old. By that time, she had become accustomed to first class flying, fancy pillows, lots of suitcases and things, and whatnot.
Her parents were very high up in the FBI, transferring to a different facility when they moved to Canada. Alessandra attended a boarding school for prosperous children, and she absolutely hated it there. So she did what any normal 8 year old what do - became queen of the school. She nearly killed two 12 year olds that had bullied her, but she refrained.
At this school, she slowly became insane, crazed. She succeeded in wreaking havoc all over the place, chaos, and everything a school shouldn't be like.
Eventually, she was expelled, sent back home as a disgrace. She was about 11 years old at this time. Her parents were extremely disappointed that their daughter had ruined their high-up status, and nearly disowned her.
Except.
Alessandra was angry. Very, very mad. And she lost control that night, sent her father to the hospital, and left her mother cowering in her bedroom.
So...
She ran away, broken. She had lost control, hurt her family. And they could never, would never, forgive her. Her father nearly died, but they had managed to save him. Alessia was mad, but mad at herself. She knew she was a coward, she couldn't even strike up enough courage to send her father her well-wishes.
She was on her own for a while. She had thought that the FBI would hate her for nearly killing one of their best agents, but they weren't. They're actually considering sponsoring her.
She did bring one thing from home, though - her scorpion necklace. A reminder of the scorpion she was, the pain she had inflicted upon her family.
She has a real scorpion too, one that had wandered into one of her many hideouts along her 'runaway' path. She keeps it in a small-ish box, but often it's perched on her shoulder or sitting in the palm of her hand.
"No one's invincible. It's only a matter of time before they break. And when they do, it's not pretty."
