SOLVED. YA/maybe older kids book called “cyberpunk” or similar, pink cover, girls older(teen?) self time travels back to visit her younger self. Read late 90s/early 00s? [s]

I read this book from the children’s/ya section of the library in the late 90s or early 00s, around y2k. I’m pretty sure it was called something like Cyberpunk, and I remember this was before I knew about the cyberpunk style or genre. It’s also made it very hard to search for because it brings up everything in the genre!
It was a chapter novel and I think the cover was pink, possibly with a girl with blonde hair in a bob on the cover.
I believe it was told from the perspective of a young girl (maybe 11 or so?), and her older self (somewhere between late teens and early thirties) time travels back to her, possibly through the internet, and maybe gives advice about growing up?

Any ideas?

Yes that’s the one! No idea where I got the cyberpunk title from, that must have been another book....
