I I only remember a dark blue cover with a small square in the center that was a picture of a snowy cabin. Can’t recall if protag. was male or female. Would have been available in a middle school level library.

What country do you think it might have been published in? Like North America, Europe, Australia? Sometimes books are only published in one area and not another.
Oooh! Good point! I read it in North America. It was a paperback. I vaguely recall an ending where the character might have been found or saved? And I think it was either a one word title or “The” something.

Was the main character super tall? I remember reading something like this i think, the title was something like "Truly, {mc's name}". I think the author's last name was around the G's.
