I cant remember ,but right now reading a lengthy novel titled Atlantis Found which is 762 pages long
East of Eden by John Steinbeck, in high school; was pretty long, but the longest book? Probably Gone with the Wind. I did attempt to read Infinite Jest last summer, but I can't count it because I didn't even end up opening the book. ( I was too intimidated by the size of it!)
Wheel of Time or Outlander series, I think. Either that or Brothers Karamazov.
Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix. A game of thrones and I am also reading a clash of kings, which is the second book in the song of ice and fire series, and also very long.
"It" by Stephen King. That book is massive! Or "Gone With the Wind."
I'm currently reading It by Stephen King, but I put it on hold. The book is around 1100+ pages if I'm not mistaken, so when I finish that it will be my longest book. But for now my longest remains 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die at 960 pages.
Besides the obvious like the bible, I'd say....Um. Hm, for fiction, it would be Gone with the Wind, or IT, or The Stand, etc.
Does this count!Kindle edition, 5927 pages..
I'm at 2% of reading this
, It's of 13-14K pages, I suppose...(Mr. Zola hang in there! I aint giving up on you!)
Other than that I have read few 900 - 1K+ pages books. Some are snooze-fests...
What fun!
I think the longest was Les Misérables by Victor Hugo. Or maybe the complet volume of The Lord of the Rings.
According to Goodreads my longest is
but that is a trilogy made into one book. My longest single story book is
I think these are the longest books I've read: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire which is 734 pages long.
and
The Walking Dead, Compendium 1 which is 1,088 pages long.
