Romance/Fantasy book not a part of a series?

My friends and I made a small book club. After we finish our current book it'll be my turn to pick, but I don't know what to choose. Most of the books I wanna read are part of a series and we agreed on "one-and-done" books. Do you know of any books that have romance in a fantasy world that's not in a trilogy? Thanks! :)
