The Weight of Feathers? It's fluffy and quite romeo and juliet-esque Six of Crows - this is an excellent book and a must read! One of the couples featured here are supposed to be on enemy sides
In both books though they do kind of become lovers at some point so I'm not too sure if that's what you're searching for

Looking for books where two characters from opposite sides/enemies have a relationship of sorts... A love/hate relationship?
Maybe they hate each other, but deep inside care for one another, maybe they had a previous relationship but broke up due to their allegiance. Ultimately, they keep seeing each other or carry feelings for one another but cannot actually *be* together.
Anything you can think of? Any genre/age group is fine. And doesn't have to be the main couple.
